Workout Generator Magic:
With every subscription, you gain access to our Workout Generator, which eliminates the need for planning. With a wide variety of splits available, you can enjoy an effective workout without spending time figuring out what to do. Whether you prefer to work out at the gym or at home and want to focus on specific body parts, our Workout Generator will create a custom strength training session for you each day. Rest assured that you won't be left wondering how to perform an exercise; every movement in the app includes a video with clear instructions so that you can focus on making progress rather than worrying about form.

Included for free in the app is our Macro Calculator, which provides customized macro goals based on your individual data.
